  • Ginger Root (2-3 medium-sized)
  • ⅔ of a quart of Pure Water
  • ¾ Cups of raw Honey
  • ⅓ cup of lemon juice

This recipe requires you to create your own ginger bug, which is a starter culture (fermentation) to create ginger beer.
